How to apply for your Membership

Please find below a step-by-step guide to renewing your membership online. The guide will walk you through selecting your membership type, choosing your payment option (full payment or instalments), and managing your locker renewals or interest in a locker. We've made the process as simple as possible, but if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us!

Important Things to Have Ready

• Your membership type: Know if you want Ordinary (£300) or Country (£275) membership.

• Payment information: Have your credit or debit card handy.

• Locker interest: Decide if you want to keep your existing lockers, or if you're interested in getting one (locker or battery locker).

Membership Selection and Payment Preference:

 

​The first part of the form will ask you to confirm your membership type:

• Choose "Ordinary Membership" (£300) or "Country Membership" (£270).

  • Next to your chosen membership type, you'll see a question about payment preference:

    • Select "One-off payment" if you want to pay the full amount at once.

    • Select "Four equal instalments" if you want to spread the cost over four payments.

    • Either option can be paid by Debit or Credit card.

• ​​Locker Options:

  • I have a locker: If you already have a locker/battery locker, there's a section to renew them. Choose the ones you want to keep and you'll be charged the renewal fee.

  • I want locker(s): If you DON'T have a locker or battery locker but would like one, there's a section to express your interest. You WON'T be charged right now – someone will contact you later about availability.

• Review and Submit:

  • Carefully look over your choices on the form. Make sure everything is correct.

  • Once you're happy, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.

  • Important: A payment link will be generated. Click this link to complete your payment securely.

• You're All Done! You'll receive a confirmation email to let you know your renewal process is done.
